4 years ago, a Friend convinced me to join up to The Weight Buffet , what started as a 1 gym sesh a week is now 5 sesh’s a week . Because of their classes I’ve been able to be more active in social my life and work life. I can’t thank them enough.

“I’ve been attending the Balance Basics class for several months. When I landed at the Weight Buffet, I was locked up in so many areas and dealing with very strong pain and cramping. I have been involved with Hospitals and surgeries for many decades and I always have struggled to get back to a functional state after being admitted. With Brent’s guidance my initial recovery progressed much quicker than usual. Also joints that had been locked and getting worse due to Rheumatoid Arthritis began to loosen, especially in my feet. I have seen Brent for massage for many years. He is a master of technique and knowledge.  Being a young 57, my aches, pains, general stiffness and loss of strength have been increasing. Many times Brent has encouraged me to “help myself by gaining strength, muscle tone and range of movement from other means than his massage therapy. So in the New Year I started the “mobility” class. I was a little saddened by the word    ”mobility”, how old was I??  Well, was I very wrong!!! I have had an amazing increase in strength and range of movement. I am no longer rubbing my hip and knee everyday. I can only say this class is a must for different ages and levels of fitness.
