From the garage to our functional gym.
After some thought he decided…
He would acquire his certificates in fitness and set up a movement space in the garage so that he could take his clients through the basics of movement so that they could activate and strengthen the muscles to enable that client to move more efficiently without injuring themselves again.
The gym quickly outgrew the garage and much to their neighbours delight The Weight Buffet moved into its first commercial premises in 2019.
TWB has certainly changed over the years, offering different class options based on the staff we had at the time.
Now we have a focus on our grassroots again – back to basics. Teaching our clients how to take over ownership of their body again, strengthening it in multiple directions and in a variety of ways no matter their age.
